The effect of the skin "pulling" is due to the high concentration of pure snail slime present in our products. It is, in fact, a typical effect of snail slime, also known as "LIFTING EFFECT". This effect is usually felt on dry skin after the application of the serum, the sensation will then tend to disappear with the subsequent application of the face cream which will have the task of nourishing and plumping the skin of the face.

It may happen that the regenerating effect of snail slime brings sebum accumulations to the surface to get rid of it and this means that the skin is purifying, this problem will tend to disappear as the product starts to act deeper and then after a few applications. Should the irritations persist for 2/3 weeks, you should contact your dermatologist to check if there are any ingredients in the product to which you are intolerant.
